Printing
PrePress AutoTools is designed around the idea of batch-printing entire QuarkXPress jobs.
It's easy to set up, and requires minimal interaction once the batch-process starts.
This is what computers were designed to do: automate repetitive tasks.
If you've selected the printing function for batch processing, you'll be presented with a window which contains all of the PageSetup and Print settings from the standard QuarkXPress and MacOS dialogs. (You can see this window at the bottom of this page).The benefit is that you only need to enter this data once, and then it is applied to every document in the batch run.
Extras
Documents can be printed in a variety of different ways, depending on how you've set up the print window.- Print to a PostScript file or a hard copy.
- Print every page separately (including PostScript files)
or the entire document at once! - Create PostScript or EPS files.

PrePress AutoTools currently supports the following 'drivers':- LaserWriter 7.1.2
